DESCRIPTION:Grande Prairie Live Theatre (GPLT)\, in collaboration with Northwestern Polytechnic (NWP)\, is seeking performers for Catch Me If You Can: The Musical\, directed by Tenille Harper-Millsap. \nBased on the true story of Frank Abagnale Jr.\, this fast-paced musical is filled with comedy\, heart\, jazz-inspired choreography\, and 1960s glamour. Performers of all backgrounds and experience levels are encouraged to audition. \nAudition Information \nDates: June 15 & 16\, 2026 | 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM\nLocation: Grande Prairie Live Theatre\, 10130 98 Ave\nCallbacks (if required): June 18\, 2026 | 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM \nEligibility: Auditionees must be at least 17 years old by September 14\, 2026. \nAudition Requirements \nPlease prepare: \nOne song selection from Catch Me If You Can (provided in the audition package)\nOne musical theatre song of your choice (with your own backing track)\nA 1-minute monologue \nAuditions will be held in individual 20-minute appointments. \nRehearsals \nRehearsals run from September 14\, 2026 – February 9\, 2027. \nTentative schedule: \nMondays – Blocking & Scene Work\nThursdays – Music & Vocals\nSaturdays – Choreography \nStrong attendance and commitment are essential. \nPerformance Dates \nFebruary 11–13\, 18–21\, and 25–27\, 2027 \nVenue: Douglas J.
