We are excited to welcome Amy La Hay as one of our new members at large for GPLT.
Amy La Hay is a long‑time community theatre advocate with more than a decade of involvement in regional performing arts. She brings a breadth of experience both onstage and behind the scenes, including three years with GPLT and nine years with Stage North. Her diverse theatrical background has given her a strong appreciation for the artistic, operational, and volunteer‑driven elements that are essential to a thriving community theatre organization. Amy has also previously served on the Board of Stage North, where she gained valuable experience in governance, collaboration, and strategic planning.
Professionally, Amy works in Human Resources and offers extensive expertise in recruitment, policy development, conflict resolution, change management, and investigations related to bullying and harassment. She is passionate about fostering healthy governance, positive volunteer engagement, and safe, inclusive environments. With a deep personal connection to GPLT, Amy is proud to contribute her skills and experience toward the long‑term vitality and success of the organization.
